Evénement indésirable

The Incident Reporting module in TDC Sécurité enables every employee to quickly and easily report any unwanted event, such as an incident, a potential hazard, a non-conformity, or any other anomaly.
Have you noticed a hazardous situation? For example, a box stored on top of a cabinet that could fall, a chemical product that has not been stored correctly, a preventive measure whose periodic inspection has not been carried out, or a stock of personal protective equipment (PPE) that has not been replenished?
In just a few clicks on your smartphone or tablet, you can report the information to all the relevant people.
No prior knowledge of TDC Sécurité or risk assessment is required. The module is designed to be simple and accessible to everyone.
The Safety Manager is informed in real time of identified hazardous situations and can respond more quickly by updating the company's various risk assessments.

Web application on tablet or smartphone

Do you want to report field observations directly without waiting to access your computer?

The TDC Sécurité software is not only designed for office use or EHS meetings: it is also available on tablet and smartphone.

When you are in the field, you can directly take photos of any hazardous situations or anomalies you encounter and automatically enrich your TDC Sécurité database.

Need to check the periodic inspection dates of equipment, such as fire extinguishers on a site?

When carrying out your site inspection, the Incident Reporting module allows you to take photos of fire extinguishers, indicate their location, and record the last inspection date. The person responsible for periodic inspections is immediately informed and can request the inspection body to come and check the identified extinguishers.

Centralize information

Centralize all reports in a single place: say goodbye to paper records, binders, or notebooks stored in different locations (reception, infirmary, etc.), and eliminate outdated Excel files.

  • Avoid duplicates: the software gives you a real-time overview of all reported incidents and allows you to adjust your risk assessments accordingly.
  • Standardize processes across your sites: a single software solution makes it easy to consolidate data and adopt consistent best practices.
  • Delegate actions with proper tracking for the person who submitted the report.
  • Optimize incident follow-up: multiple users can easily collaborate within the same tool, ensuring that data is always up to date.
  • Track and archive all reports: unlike Excel files, the module ensures full traceability.
  • Easily and simply digitize your occupational health and safety register.

Improve your communication

Make decision-making easier: the module provides key indicators based on the latest reported incidents. The tool becomes a real support for your analysis and decision-making process.

Deliver fast communication to your employees: support prevention officers and safety managers in communicating about risk prevention. With just a few clicks, you can inform your colleagues about any unwanted event.

Stay automatically alerted about your tasks: you can send emails linked to incident reports. Simply select the person responsible for the required action and click the “send email” button whenever relevant. This helps improve efficiency in communicating with staff.

Gain efficiency in reporting and statistics: monitor incidents on a daily basis and generate detailed reports in just a few clicks. The reports are immediately usable, and this data consolidation represents a significant time saving for your activity.
