Customer Service Zone and Hotline

All of the TDC Sécurité Users have access to a specific Customer Service Space and Hotline where You will find  :

  • details about the software updates and access to download
  • a knowledge base that reponds to questions, videos and tips around software and best practices
  • pockets guides and documentations
  • access to our support and hotline service

You can create as many accounts as needed in the Customer Service Space: supervisors, users, IT services, etc. There is no limit!
